The Jacksonville Fair
The Northside Business Leaders manning refreshment tents at the Jacksonville Fair. Each year the Northside Business Leaders membership work the Jacksonville Agriculture Fair’s 3 beer tents pouring beer and the money from the Fair Association and our tips help fund our Scholarship Program to help educate youths attending FCCJ in north Jacksonville.

Steve Burnett (Jackson Hewitt) and Patricia Hamn (Five Star Cleaning Service) shown above manning one of three beer booths at the Jax Fair. Each year the Northside Business Leaders and the Southside Businessman's Club share in providing volunteers to man these booths with the funds earned going to the clubs and the tips going to Scholarship Funds for students in Jacksonville. Steve and Stan Story (Cecil W. Powell) have been running the management of this project for more years than I can remember. We are very lucky as this job of getting volunteers and scheduling them can be very difficult. Below are additional photos of volunteers.
